At Buttercooky Bakery, we want to make sure your overall experience exceeds your expectations. The following are some important things for you to know:
- There are no refunds. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be issued store credit on a Buttercooky Bakery Gift Card.
- A 48 hour notice is required for ANY changes to an order, or to cancel an order. If this notice is not given, you are responsible to pay in full.
- All deposits will be refunded on a Buttercooky Bakery Gift Card.
- All cake orders requiring any fondant customization need to be place a minimum of one week in advance.
- We require a 50% deposit on all order to be processed. Without this deposit, your order will be put on hold and will not be fulfilled.
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return to one of our locations with both the item, or a portion of it, and your receipt. One of our managers will be happy to assist you. If a credit is due, it will be issued on a Buttercooky Bakery Gift Card.
